Rotate Cushions. Since your cushions and pillows are partially made of down and duck feathers and multi-denier polyester fibers, there will be come settling as you use the furniture. To maintain shape, simply turn the bottom cushions often and “fluff” the pillows to help them regain their shape.

Never remove cushion covers for separate dry cleaning or laundering. Do not use bleach, any tumble method cleaning service as this may destroy the backing of the fabric, shrink or otherwise damage the upholstery fabric.
Slipcover Care. Even if you have purchased a washable slipcovered piece of furniture, IT IS RECOMMENDED that you have the slipcover professionally dry cleaned. If you have purchased a “performance fabric” slipcover, please refer to the fabric manufacturer’s care guidelines.
Down Blend Cushion Care. The down blend cushion is constructed with a 1.8 density foam core encased in a “down proof” ticking filled with a down, duck feathers and mutli-denier polyester fiber blend. The cushion is designed to soften with use and become more pliant to offer that soft, sloppy, luxurious look and feel. These cushions should be flipped and rotated often to ensure even softening and to avoid severe “casing roll”. With use, the fabric will have a tendency to stretch slightly allowing wrinkles to accentuate the comfort of the cushion. This IS the desired effect.
